Refund Policy

Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will provide a free replacement or a refund. To process this, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include the following:

  • A clear photo showing the issue with the product.
  • A photo of the barcode label on the packaging.

    Once we receive and review the provided information, we will arrange for a reprint or issue a refund as quickly as possible.

Cases where refunds or reprints are not available

We cannot offer refunds or replacements in cases where:

  • The wrong size, color, or artwork
    was ordered.
  • The customer has changed their mind after receiving the item.
  • The print placement falls within normal production tolerances.
